Challenge Mode

8-Week Friend Competition

Challenge your friends to see who can improve their Kinetic Index the most. Winner = biggest improvement, not highest score.

1

Week 1: Baseline

Everyone logs tests in at least 3 categories and shares their starting KI score.

2

Weeks 2-7: Train

Train to improve weak categories, re-test periodically, and share weekly check-ins.

3

Week 8: Final Test

Log a full battery of tests. Biggest KI improvement wins the challenge.

Pro tip: Set stakes with your friends - loser buys coffee, winner picks the next workout, or bragging rights forever.

How Testing Works

Four simple steps to measure and improve your operational fitness.

Log Your Tests

From the dashboard, select a category, pick a test, and enter your result. Each test has a specific protocol - follow it for accurate levels.

1

Get Your Level (1-7)

Each test result maps to a level from 1 (needs work) to 7 (elite). Levels are based on standardized military fitness benchmarks.

2

Build Your Kinetic Index

Once you have results in 3+ categories within 30 days, your KI is calculated as a weighted average of your category levels.

3

Track Progress Over Time

The trend charts show how your KI and individual categories evolve. Identify weaknesses and watch your improvements compound.

4

Pro tip: Start with the 2.4 km run - the foundational test for Aerobic Power (22% of your KI).
